Being born, raised, and having lived in Port Moody for over 40 years, I feel like the unofficial mayor. While I know almost every street and up and coming development in the Tri-Cities, I am equally knowledgeable in the Greater Vancouver region. I've bought and sold properties for clients in White Rock, Downtown Vancouver, West Van, Maple Ridge and everything in between. 

I ensure my clients receive well-versed knowledge by using my educational background of Economics at UBC and my Marketing/ Entrepreneurship degree from BCIT (graduating with the highest marks in the program). My professional career post-education started in the development side of the real estate industry - building, and selling my own multi-family properties. Using that market knowledge, I started to work with other developers in project sales before eventually making the move to end user client-focused sales. I know what sells, what the market will do, and how to get the best price for Buyers and Sellers alike. 

Whether I’m representing Buyers or Sellers, or building hotels or buying and selling homes, I am committed to listening to my clients, focusing on their needs, and using keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful win/win transaction. My number one priority is understanding my clients’ needs and wants and making sure they’re happy.  

When I’m not working you can find me on the golf course or on the Shore Line Trail at Rocky Point. Port Moody is my forever home, and I’m confident we can find yours too.
